Varsity Brunel Classic Geared Bicycle

We’re proud to be recognised by Cycling News as one of the “Bicycle Companies We Trust”. Our classic steel-frame bikes are carefully designed and assembled in the UK using thoughtfully selected components sourced from around the world. Purpose-built for commuters, they combine timeless style with everyday practicality.

What happens when you take the Quella Nero and give it a distinctly British twist? You get the Quella Brunel. Finished in a deep racing green, the Brunel brings together classic British engineering, understated sophistication and a fast, comfortable ride designed for modern city life. Refined, distinctive and built for everyday adventures, it’s a class act on two wheels.

The Brunel Classic Geared takes this timeless design a step further, with a Shimano 8-speed internal hub gear system that makes light work of changing terrain. Enjoy smooth, precise shifting as you tackle steep inclines, navigate busy city streets or cruise along country roads. With no external derailleur to worry about, the clean, minimalist look is preserved, while maintenance is kept simple.

The Classic range comes equipped with riser handlebars and comfortable grips, alongside a supportive saddle for everyday riding. An adjustable stem also allows you to fine-tune your riding position, helping you find the perfect balance of comfort and control.

Classic British style. Effortless gearing. Everyday practicality.
