One small bit of feedback - perhaps use less plastic on the packaging and/or perhaps have a small bag that can be returned to you with the re useable packaging, such as the wheel caps, the front forks plastic bar and so on

It is a beautiful bike. Seems to be well made. It was easy to assemble. If the tires were a little wider it would be great though. Recently I learned that the width of the tire and the roll resistance is not linear.
