What a refreshing change
I contacted Quella recently regarding a 'technical' issue. Such a refreshing change that someone answered the phone and made best efforts (via voice calls and email) to resolve the matter.
It occurred to me that an awful lot of 'manufacturers' wash their hands of their customers - that is - no support, no spares, inbuilt obsolescence etc.....but this is NOT the case with Quella. Customer service of the highest order. Long may it continue.
