We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
For customers based in the UK there are three shipping options available: 2-3 day delivery, next day delivery when ordered before 12pm and Saturday delivery.
To qualify for Saturday delivery, you need to order by 12pm on the day before (Friday). Your order will be delivered on the next Saturday after the day you purchase. If you purchase on a Saturday for example, your order will arrive one week later on the next Saturday. If you order on a Monday, it will arrive on the Saturday in the same week. Shipping pricing is calculated for you at the checkout. Simply add your products and your shipping country and you will see the delivery price. All delivery time-frames are estimates. Full payment is required in full before items are despatched. EU customer delivery usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive.
If you want to cancel an order get in contact with us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched we will not refund delivery and you will be charged £30 return delivery.
Please get in contact with us to apply for a refund. You will need to provide evidence of a product fault via email within 30 days of receiving the item.
All Quella frames and forks are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for a set period. This period is 12 months for all Quella frame sets. Paint is warranted for a period of 12 months against rust. Warranty also includes coverage on bicycle components for sixty days from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.
ALL Quella Bicycle frames and forks are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for a set period. This period is 12 months for all Quella complete bikes and frame sets. Warranty also includes coverage on bicycle components for sixty days from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required. Stripped threads, cranks, pedals etc are due to those parts not being tightened enough by the rider and are not covered by this warranty. Bike warranty could be void if your bike is not inspected and tuned by a professional bicycle mechanic before riding and proof can be provided. The warranty does not include any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue or loose parts. It is the owner’s responsibility to inspect and maintain his or her bicycle before each and every ride. Any damage, failure or loss caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, failure to follow instructions or warnings in the owner’s manual, an accident or other abnormal excessive or improper use, including but not limited to: stunt riding, skidding, ramp jumping acrobatics, or other similar activities, or in any other manner for which the bicycle was not designed is not covered under warranty. All warranty items must be shipped to Quella Bicycle. The owner is responsible for all delivery costs associated with the claim. Manufacture warranty covers first ownership only. Manufacture defects on faulty components will be replaced when Quella Bicycle is notified of the faulty component within 30 days of purchase or within 14 days the fault occurred to the part within the warranty period, and the fault is caused by the component manufacturer. Replacement components will be shipped by Quella in according to standard delivery times as displayed on the website, unless advised otherwise. Quella may request that the defected or broken components be shipped back to us if inspection is required. Every Quella complete bike, frame and fork comes a full warranty which covers manufacture defects. This does not include abuse or normal wear and tear, crashes, accidents, abuse or a non-maintained bike or bike components damage caused by improper assembly or improper adjustment of parts or components.
In addition to our Warranty and Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods. The refund will include any standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later).
