Smooth Ride, Superb Value: A Fantastic Cycle to Work Purchase!
Picked up a brand-new Quella Nero through the Cycle Scheme recently and I am really happy with it.
The build quality is spot on for the price, feeling really solid and well made, and putting it together out of the box was nice and straightforward. On top of that, the team at Quella were brilliant. Even though they were short-staffed at the time, they went out of their way to get the bike prepped and shipped out to me as fast as possible.
If you're after a reliable single-speed or fixie that offers fantastic value, I really can't recommend them enough.

Servicing my Quella bike.
I’ve owned my Quella Oxford single-speed for just under a year, putting some serious commuting mileage on it in that time. It has been incredibly reliable with almost no issues. I recently took it in for a much-needed first service, which was completed entirely free of charge! They replaced the chain and tightened the brake cable and replaced the brake pads.
The booking process online was seamless; I dropped the bike off in the morning, got a call mid-afternoon saying it was ready, and picked it up that evening.
The mechanic who worked on my bike was highly efficient and took the time to clearly explain everything he had done. Compared to my previous bike—which required servicing twice a year at a different shop—the experience here was night and day.
I’m incredibly glad Quella has a London outlet and highly recommend them for servicing, no matter what bike you ride.
