With hand building each bike to order please expect to wait up to 7 days for dispatch with Next Day Delivery service anywhere in the UK with our friends at City Link. If you have ordered a custom colour for your Quella One this time may be up to 7 days longer so please check with us before ordering.

For International delivery times we will inform you of your delivery time upon ordering alternatively contact us before to double check.

All parts, accessories and clothing with be dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm with next day delivery.

You will be provided with a unique tracking number once your order is confirmed and booked for dispatch.
